Preheat oven to 400. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder
- Topping:
- 1-1/2 flour
- 3/4 sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 //3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cubed butter
- 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
Chocolate Chip Caramel nut Cookies

Heat oven to 400F Cut each caramel into 4 pieces
- 18 caramels
- 1 cup shortening (margarine)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 3/4 flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp hot water
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
Chicken Noodle Soup

1) Melt butter in a large soup pot over medium heat
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 Cup Diced Carrots
- 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
- 1/2 Cup Diced Celery
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Melted Chicken Fat (condensed chicken broth)
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Uncooked Wide Egg Noodles
- 2 Cooked Chicken Breasts, Cubed
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Place 7 mason jars 250ml in a boiling water canner, fill with water, cover and boil hard for 10 minutes
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves and small stems
- 3/4 cup water
- 1-3/4 cups finely chopped rhubarb

- 7 cups sugar
- 1 pouch (85ml) Bernardin liquid pectin

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 7 cups granulated sugar
- 1 pouch bernardin liquid pectin
Bread and Butter Pickles

- 10 lbs. cukes
- 4 lbs. onions
- 2/3 cups pickling or kosher salt
- 7 cups vinegar
- 8 cups sugar
- 20 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 3 tsp celery seed
- 2 tsp tumeric
Toffee Crunch Blondies

Beat butter with brown sugar and add eggs until blended
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Skor chipits
- (add 1 cup chocolate chips if desired)
