Dill Pickles

Bring all ingredients to a boil and pour over dills
- 1 qt. Vinegar
- 1 cup pickling salt
- 3 qt. water
- 1/2 box (4oz) pickling spice
Crab Dip

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 drops tobassco sauce
- 1 tsp. milk
- Add crab or shrimp

- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Sugar Cookies

- 1/2 cup shortening or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Blueberry Pie

Combine sugar, flour, lemon peel and salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp shredded lemon peel
- dash of salt
- 5 cups blueberries
- Pastry for double crust

- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp worchestire sauce
- 5 cups water
- 3 lg. diced carrots
- 3 chopped celery stalks
- 3 medium potatoes diced
- 1-10oz can corn
- 3/4 cup elbow macaroni

- 1 Tbsp fresh Thyme leaves

- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
