- 1/2 whole Pineapple, Finely Diced
- 2 whole Jalapeno, Minced
- 1 bunch (small) Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
- 1 whole Small Red Onion, Diced
- 1 teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar (or White Vinegar)
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
