  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Rice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
