Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cookie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup chopped butterfinger candy bars (about 3 candy bars)

- 3/4 pound kielbasa (turkey or chicken work great if you don't' want to use beef!)
- 2 cups chicken broth (vegetable broth works great in a pinch as well!)

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
