Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 6 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 4 cups flour
- 1 bag dark chocolate chips (Ghirardelli 60% chips work nicely)
Lemon Drop Martini

Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice and serve in sugar rimmed glass
- 1 1/2 cintron
- 1/2 cointreau
- lemon
- 1 oz simple syrup
- lemon/sugar mix

Godiva Chocolate Covered Banana

Blend in a bar blender until smooth
- 1/2 oz dark rum
- 2 oz Godiva® chocolate liqueur
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Mojito

Mash mint with sugar and lemon/lime juice until well combined
- 3 sprigs mint
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 TBS lemon/lime juice
- 1 and 1/2 oz light rum
- Club soda
Choco-Caramel Critters

Flatten each caramel into a circle between 2 sheets of waxed paper
- 24 caramel candies, such as Brach's Milk Maid Caramels
- Red licorice laces, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3/4 cup milk- or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- For decorating: sliced almonds, red hots, colored candies, sprinkles
- Safety note: Always supervise children under 4 with small candies, raisins, and other choking hazards.
Peach Cobbler

Vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream, for serving Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- Fruit:
- Butter, for greasing baking dish
- 3 pounds frozen peaches
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (note: we did not do this in the show, but it is necessary)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Topping:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 heaping tablespoons sugar, plus extra for sprinkling over the top
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons vegetable shortening or lard
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 2 whole eggs
Julie's potatoes

Mix all. Bake 300-325 for 1 and 1/2 hrs
- 2 bags frozen hash browns
- 1 scant tsp salt
- 1 8 oz sour
- 1 10oz cream of pot soup
- 1 10oz cream of celery
- 1/2 to 1 mec onion
- 1/2 cup butter
Knock-You-Naked Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 stick butter, melted, plus more for greasing
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- 1/3 plus 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- One 18.5-ounce box German chocolate cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 60 caramels, unwrapped
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
