Cheesy Crab Squares

Unroll dough and press into bottom of a cookie sheet
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2/3 cup miracle whip
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 350-400 grams imitation crab
- 1/3 cup green onions
- 1 tbsp. parsley
Sweet & Sour Pork with Noodles

Remove pork from bones; cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 1/2 pounds pork shoulder butt steak
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 8 oz. package small egg noodles
- 2 green peppers, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Chinese Vegetables and Cashews

Heat oil in large skillet or wok
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cups slices mushrooms
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 2 red or green peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 pound bean sprounts
- 2 cups cashews
Green Bean Casserole

- 2 cans french style green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Durkee onion rings
