Spinach Lunch Salad

build each person's salad separately eat immediately this salad does not save well
- Fresh Spinach
- salted pumpkin seeds
- dried cranberries or goji berries
- 1 small can salmon
- mild banana pepper rings
- slice carrots
- slice celery
- slice red onion
- 2 TB oil mixed with dill, basil, oregano, pepper, salt
- optional can lima beans
- optional shredded italian cheese or feta

Lentil Sausage Stew

in crock pot combine lentils, broth & spices when lentils are 3/4 done add veggies & meat when stew is done place a

- 2 C chicken broth
- 1 lg onion
- 1 C diced carrots
- 1 C diced celery
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 TB salt
- 1/2 lb lentils
- 2 tsp marjoram
- 1/2 lb swiss chard leaves or spinach
