Gumbo - Chicken and Sausage

Cook chicken and sausage until done cook veggies until slightly soft but not mushy add broth, tomatoes, okra & meat
- If making Seafood Gumbo substitute as follows:

- Onion 1/2 C
- Celery 1/2 C
- Green Bell Pepper 1/2 C
- Chicken Broth 3 boxes
- Crushed Tomatoes 28oz can
- okra - frozen 11 oz bag
- All Purpose flour 2 TB
- salt 1 TB
- pepper 1/2 tsp
- thyme 1 TB
- bay leaf 1
- oregano 1/2 tsp
- basil 1/2 tsp
- creole seasoning 1 tsp
- worcestershire sauce 1tsp
- parsley - fresh 1/4 C
