  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1/2 lb smoked sausage, cut into 3/4" slices
  • 1 bag (16 oz) Frozen Broccoli, corn and Red pepper mix
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes
  • 1.5 cups water
  • *For a spicy gumbo, use andouille sausage. Any type of kielbasa or turkey kielbasa can also be used.
