This simple recipe is very satisfying
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp potato-starch flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow summer squash, sliced
- 2 cups frozen green beans, thawed
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cup Basil Pesto

1. Preheat oven to 350F. In small bowl, combine yeast, milk and vinegar
- For Filling:
- 1 packet yeast (about 1 tbsp)
- 1 1/4 cups milk, room temperature
- 1 1/4 tsp. vinegar
- 3/4 cup potato starch
- 1 1/4 cups constarch
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
