CRANBERRY CHICKEN

Mix all ingredients together
- 4 pound chicken pieces
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 (10 oz.) can cranberry sauce
- 1 small bottle Russian dressing
GERMAN POTATO SALAD

Peel potatoes and boil till tender
- Red potatoes
- 1 medium onions, diced
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
GORGONZOLA PENNE WITH CHICKEN

This rich, creamy pasta dish is a snap to throw together for a weeknight meal but special enough for company
- 1 package (16 ounces) penne pasta
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups (8 ounces) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 6 to 8 fresh sage leaves, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and minced fresh parsley
BARB - CHEESY RICE & BROCCOLI

Bring broccoli and water to boil
- 1 package (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 lb Velveeta, cubed
- 1-1/2 cup rice, uncooked
CARAMELIZED BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

Preheat oven to 350 F. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish
- 2-1/2 lbs chicken wings or legs
- 1-2/3 tbsp olive oil (to help it stop sticking to the pan)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1-2/3 tbsps ketchup
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt & pepper
CHEESE MANGO AND CURRY DIP

Add above with the mango mixture and puree
- 1 Tsp. peanut oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 Tsp. curry
- Cook fast.
- 1 Mango
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese
- Salt and pepper
PEPPER STEAK

- 1 part frozen beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large onions, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 small can of tomatoes
- 1 can of Beef Consomme Soup
- Carrots, sliced lengthwise
- Cellery, sliced lengthwise
- Red Pepers, sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- tsp Worchestershire sauce
- Pepper
- Salt
- Paprika
- 3-4 tbsp of cornstarch

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, divided
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1-1/2 tablespoons EVOO
- 1-1/2 cups diced yellow onion
- 1-1/2 cups broccoli crowns, finely chopped
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
CREAMY ITALIAN CHICKEN

1. Season chicken with Italian seasoning and set aside 2
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, diced
- 2 fresh Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped, or dried
- 1 ctn Campbell Stock Frist Cream Stock
- 1 cup frozen peas
FRENCH ONION GRAVY
