shredded bussel sprout salad

in a large bowl whisk together mayo, cheese, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, worcestershire sauce and pepper
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- garlic
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- pinch of pepper
- 4 cups shredded brussel sprouts
- 2 tbsp evoo and
- sprinkle of bacon
Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

Directions: 1. Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente in adequately salted water
- 8 ounces small uncooked pasta (such as mezze penne)
- 1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 cups precooked chicken or rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- (optional) 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
Quinoa, Lentil, spinach “meatballs”

Cook the quinoa, let cool
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup cooked organic quinoa
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cooked lentils
- 2 15 2 15 1 1 oz cans organic black beans... rinsed, cooked, and mashed (when I make these with meat I do not use the black beans and instead use 1 pound of either grass fed beef or 1 pound free range turkey)
- 1 1 1 onion minced
- 1 1 1 cup chopped spinach
- 3-4 3-4 3-4 garlic cloves minced
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Place the bacon in a large stockpot and cook over medium-high heat until crispy, about 10 minutes
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large head cabbage, cored and sliced

- 3 - 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and diced
