Marinara Sauce

In a food processor place Italian tomatoes, tomato paste, chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup finely diced onion
- 1/2 cup white wine

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Zesty Grilled Veggies

HEAT grill to medium heat
- 4 zucchini (1-1/2 lb.), cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 3 each red and yellow peppers (1-3/4 lb.), cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Mexican Lasagna

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 4 flour tortillas (regular size ones, if they are small you will need more)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can refried beans
- 1/2 onion, diced
- Shredded cheese
- Doritos
- Sour cream, lettuce, tomato
Chicken Salad

In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise with paprika and seasoned salt
- 4 cups cubed, cooked chicken meat
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup minced green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- ground black pepper to taste
Spinach & Orzo Salad

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked orzo pasta
- 1 (10 ounce) package baby spinach leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 pound crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- *can also add halved grape tomatoes & fresh or frozen defrosted corn niblets
French Quarter Cheese Spread

- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans (or other nut of choice), toasted
- assorted crackers
Zesty Chicken & Pasta

COOK pasta as directed on package
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) fusilli pasta
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Light House Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 large red pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 (14.5 ounce) cans French style green
- beans, drained
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled buttery round crackers
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Orzo Salad

Cook corn and orzo. Combine with all salad ingredients
- Salad Ingredients:
- 1 lb cooked orzo
- 16 oz. frozen corn
- 1 red chopped onion (fine)
- Fresh basil
- Grape tomatoes
- Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 3/4 tsp. salt
- Cayenne pepper to taste
