Gobble Up Granola Snacks

This recipe is very healthy, omitting most of the sugar you'll find in traditional granola bar recipes
- 2 1/2 cups Kashi Go Lean cereal (or other cereal)
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- sprinkle flax seed
- 2/3 cup honey
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Garlic Cheese Potatoes

- peeled and sliced potatoes
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Peppermint Candy Cane Bark

Directions: Melt chocolate either in a double boiler or in a bowl over a pot of boiling water
- 2 pounds white chocolate
- 12 candy canes, crushed into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Goulash

- 8 oz cream cheese

Mom's Turkey Burritos

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 package taco seasoning
- Green onions to taste
- Flour tortillas
- 1 can refried beans
- Shredded cheese
- Sour Cream
- Can of diced tomatoes and green chilies
- Black olives (optional)
- Salsa (optional)
Greek Stuffed Peppers

Use this recipe with Pampered Chef's deep covered baker
- 6 large bell peppers (color of choice)
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup of crumbed feta (4 oz)
- 1/2 cup couscous, uncooked
- 4 scallions, white and green parts separated, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp Greek rub

White Chicken Chili

Slice about 1/4 in off the pointed top of garlic heads to expose cloves
- 3 whole heads of garlic (about 48 cloves), unpeeled
- 3/4 tsp salt, divided
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 2 poblano peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
- 2 cans (15.5 oz each) Great Northern beans, drained
- 1 jar (16 oz) salsa verde
