Peanut Butter Brownies

Melt together butter, cocoa, milk, marshmallows, salt, and vanilla
- Frosting:
- 1 c butter
- 1/3 c cocoa
- 2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1c crunchy peanut butter
- Preheat oven to 350*. Melt butter and cocoa in microwave. Cool. Blend in sugar and eggs. Combine flour, salt, and vanilla; add to cocoa mixture. bake in greased 9x13 pan for 20-30 minutes.Spoon peanut butter over hot cake and spread while melting.
- 1/2 butter
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 1/3 c milk
- 8 lrg marshmallows
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 box powdered sugar
Rice Krispies Treats

1.In large saucepan melt butter over low heat
- 3 TBS. butter or margarine
- 1 package (10oz.,about 40) regular marshmallows
- -OR-
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups rice krispies
Cafe Rio Tomatillo Dressing

Dump everything in a blender and blend until smooth
- 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
- 3 tomatillos (remove papery skin), rough chop
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup (or more) cilantro, rough chop
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp green Tabasco sauce
- juice from 1 lime
Cranberry Relish

- 3 c cranberries
- 1 lrg apple
- 1/2 orange
- 1/2 c suar
Chicken Enchiladas

Roll meat into tortillas with cheese
- Sauce:
- 1 pint tomatoes blended
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 2 beef boulion cubes
- 1/3 cup flour browned in shortening
- salt
- Meat:
- 1 quart chicken
- 2 T. picante sauce
- 2 T. sour cream
- 1 T. green chili
- cheese
Mint Chocolate Walnut Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease 13×9-inch backing pan or line it with parchment paper
- 2/3 cup (10 2/3T.) butter
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces
- 3/4 cup mint chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- -
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- 3/4 cup mint chocolate chips
Texas Sheet Cake

Mix dry ingredients and set aside
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 t salt

- 2 cubes butter
- 1 c water
- 3 t cocoa

- 1/2 c sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 t soda

- 1 c nuts
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 cube butter
- 6 T milk
- 4 T c ocoa
Cinnamon Burst Sour Cream Zucchini Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups grated zucchini squash
- 1 1/2 cups cinnamon chips
Asian Salad

- Dressing:
- Spring mix
- manderin oranges
- sugar coated almond slices
- 1/3 c orange juice
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 pkg. dry italian dressing mix
- 2 T. red wine vinegar
- 2 T. sugar
Cherry Fruit Salad

Drain fruit, mix all ingredients and chill
- 1 Can fruit cocktail
- 1 can mndarin oranges
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 c coconut
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 can eagle brand milk
- 1 large container cool whip
- 1 c minature marshmallows
