  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbs minced red onion
  • 1 tbs minced shallot
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh minced herbs
  • 2 tbs chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp sea spice (Old Bay)
  • 1/3 lb unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sherry
  • Equal part - lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce
