LOUISIANA BBQ SHRIMP

Saute red onion, shallot, garlic and herbs in tbs of oil, add shrimp and cook briefly
- cup BBQ Sauce:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbs minced red onion
- 1 tbs minced shallot
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 1 tsp fresh minced herbs
- 2 tbs chopped green onion
- 1 tsp sea spice (Old Bay)
- 1/3 lb unsalted butter
- 1 cup sherry
- Equal part - lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce
ORANGE AND ARUGULA SALAD

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon honey
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 6 navel oranges
- 3 cups trimmed arugula
- 6 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
CILANTRO SHRIMP SCAMPI

This is best served over sauted spinach or angel hair pasta
- 1 lb fresh or frozen raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbs butter or margarine
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt/Pepper to Taste
GRILLED PIZZA WITH TOMATO GARLIC SAUCE

- Dough:
- 1 Envelope Active Dry Yeast
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 2.5 cups all purpose flour + more for
- rolling out dough
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Olive Oil
- Sauce:
- 14.5 oz can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1/2 Tbs Herbs De Provence
- 2 packets Stevia
- 3 Tbs chopped garlic
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- Toppings:
- Several Basil leaves, cut into strips
- Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
- Pitted Black Olives, sliced
- Pimento Stuffed Green Olives, halved
- Pepperoni
- Fresh Mushroom, sliced
GRILLED BASIL LEMON PORK CHOPS

Easy to make and quick to grill
- 1 12 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup basil leaves, cut into thin
- strips
- 4 tbs olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 pork chops, at least 1 inch thick
