Beat together mashed bananas, lemon juice and sugar
- 3 cups mashed bananas(4-5 med)
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups light cream
- 2 liters 7 Up
- 2 pints of sherbet(lemon, lime or pineapple)
- 1/3 cup flaked coconut
Easy Fall Ratatouille

Saute vegetables in the sun dried tomato dressing in a large ovenproof skillet until tender
- 1 eggplant
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1/4 cup Kraft Special Collection Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
- 16 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 tblsp parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Tiny Cinnamon Rolls

Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 4 rectangles; pinch seams to seal
- 1 8 oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 tsps sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp milk
- 1 drop vanilla extract
Garlic Cheese Biscuits

- 2 cups buttermilk baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Country Lima Beans

Sort and wash beans; place in a large dutch oven
- 2 cups dried lima beans
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 3 bacon slices, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup finely chopped carrot
- 2 cups water
- 2 tblsp butter, softened
Jadi's Garlic Bread

Mix all together and spread onto a loaf of French or Italian bread cut lengthwise

- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tblsp fresh parsley, chopped

One Pot Shrimp Pasta Alfredo

cook pasta. Add in the frozen shrimp and peas for the last 3 minutes

- 16 oz of frozen cooked shrimp
- 16 oz frozen baby peas
- 16 oz jar Alfredo sauce
- Parmesan cheese
Herbed Beer Bread

In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cheese and dried herbs
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 3 tblsp sugar
- 1 tblsp dried Italian herbs
- 12 oz beer at room temperature
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 tblsp cornmeal
- 2 tblsp butter or margerine
Cornbread with Fresh Thyme

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 tblsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp minced fresh thyme
- 2 tsp minced fresh chives
- 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1/2 cup drained can corn
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tblsp vegetable oil
- 1 tblsp water
- 1 beaten egg
- Vegetable cooking spray
Cheesy Crescent Puffs

- 1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 8 cubes (1 1/2" square) mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 3 tblsp grated parmesan cheese
