Herbed Lemon Barbecue Sauce

Combine first 5 ingredients in container of blender; process on high 1 minute
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tblsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 1 tblsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Fruit Dip

Cream together cream cheese, orange juice and powdered sugar
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
- 2 tblsp orange juice
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (7oz) jar marshmallow creme
Meghann Foye's Thai Chicken Curry

Place chicken chunks on a sheet of wax paper, sprinkle with 1 tsp curry powder and set aside
- 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 can (14oz) coconut milk
- 1 can (8oz) pineapple chunks in juice, not drained
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Heat oven to 375. Grease or line with foil a baking dish
- 2/3 cup dry potato flakes
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- cut up chicken pieces
- 1/3 cup butter
Smokey Clam Chowder

Boil potatoes until just tender, about 6 minutes
- 1 lb potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup flour
- 6 8oz bottles clam juice
- 4 6 1/2 oz cans chopped clams with juices
- 1 tblsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme or 1/4 dried
- 1/2 tsp fresh marjoram or 1/4 tsp dried
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill or 1/4 tsp dried
- 1/4 tsp powdered garlic
- 1/8 tsp liquid smoke
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 cup whole milk
Clam Dip

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl Cover and chill dip for 2 hours
- 1 box chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 (0.9 oz) pkgs dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 (10 oz) can chopped clams
- 1 (16 oz) round sourdough bread loaf, cut into cubes
Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Combine the potatoes, celery, onion, ham and water in a stockpot
- 3 1/2 cups peeled and diced potatoes
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 3/4 cup diced cooked ham
- 3 1/4 cups water
- 2 tblsp chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1 tsp ground white or black pepper
- 5 tblsp butter
- 5 tblsp flour
- 2 cups milk
Crab Stuffed Deviled Eggs

Cut eggs lengthwise in half and scoop out yolks
- 8 large hard boiled eggs
- 1 tblsp mayo
- 1 tblsp minced onion
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 8 oz crab meat
Oven Roasted Vegetables with Herbs

Cut all vegetables into bit sized chunks
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 3 white potatoes
- 6 carrots
- 2 onions, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 head garlic, separated and peeled
- 1/4 cup minced rosemary
- 1/4 cup minced thyme
- 3 tblsp olive oil
Southwestern Chicken Salad Spirals

Drain roasted peppers, pressing between layers of paper towels and then chop them
- 1 (7oz) jar roasted red bell peppers
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 (0.4oz) envelope Ranch-style buttermilk dressing mix
- 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 (4.5oz) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 (6in) flour tortillas
