Preheat oven to 300. In large bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sugar, vanilla
- 8 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- or you can substitue the 1/3 cup sugar with vanilla-infused sugar and 1/4 tsp fresh vanilla bean
Ultimate Barbequed Ribs

- 2 slabs baby back ribs (about 3 pounds)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
