Creamy Crimini spread

Heat medium skillet over medium heat, add butter and mushrooms
- 3 Tbl butter
- 1 lb cremini mushroom caps, diced
- 3 Tbl flour
- 1 C half and half
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 C sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 Tbl flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Banana-Chocolate Chip Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting

Cake: Preheat oven to 350°

- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 3 cup sall-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup(2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup(packed) light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups mashed very ripe bananas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 10-oz. bag mini chocolate chips
- Frosting:
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup(2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips, mini chocolate chips, and chocolate kisses

Chimichurri Marinade

Combine vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, garlic, shallot, and chile in a medium bowl and let stand for 10 minutes
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt plus more
- 3-4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or minced
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 Fresno chile or red jalapeño, finely chopped
- 2 cups minced fresh cilantro
- 1 cup minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh oregano

Slow Cooker Potato Leek Soup

Place the leeks, potatoes, carrots, celery, and garlic in the slow cooker pot
- 2 large leeks, washed, ends trimmed, thinly sliced
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 to 6 cups vegetable broth, or enough to cover the vegetables

Preheat Oven to 425°F. Place one rack in top third of the oven, the other in lower third
- 2 Cups Finely shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried; Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- 1 Sheet; Frozen puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Water

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 chipotle pepper with 1 teaspoon adobo sauce from can (or more to taste), chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 cups canned chopped tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
