BROCCOLI & PEPPER STIR-FRY

Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, ginger and garlic until blended; set aside
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup thinly sliced red pepper

Preparation Instructions Melt butter in a pot over medium heat, then add the onions
