Smoked Salmon Spread

A delicious and easy spread that always gets many compliments
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
Dijon Mustard Sauce

Sauté an onion; add white wine
- 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion, or one small
- 1 teaspoon olive oil, any type
- 1/3 cup or 75 ml dry white wine
- 1/3 cup strong French Dijon mustard, or 4 tablespoons
- 1 cup or 250 ml sour cream, or
- salt and pepper to taste

Best Traditional Beef Stew

This is seriously the Best Traditional Beef Stew recipe you could ever find
- 3-pounds stew beef
- 1 1/2 teaspoons table salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped coarse, about 2 cups
- 3 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 4 1/2 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups red wine, Cotes du Rhone, Merlot or Pinot Noir)
- 3 cups homemade beef broth or canned low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 9 small red potatoes, about 2 pounds, peeled and halved
- 5 large carrots, about 1 1/2-pounds, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley leaves
Mai Tai Cocktails

Fill a cocktail shaker half way with ice cubes
- 3 ounces light rum
- 1 1/2 ounces dark rum
- 1 ounce Orange Curacao
- 2 ounces fresh pineapple juice
- 1 ounce fresh orange juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 dash grenadine
- Cracked ice
- 4 maraschino cherries for garnish
- 2 paper umbrellas for garnish

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Mediterranean Greek Vegetarian Lasagna

Method: Vegetable tomato sauce: Start sautéing the onion in the butter
- Ingredients:
- Lasagna noodles (you can use ready-to-cook, or you actually use regular dry noodles)
- Vegetable tomato sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 large onion, or 2 small ones, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of dried herbs (herbs de Provence or a mix of basil, oregano and thyme)
- 2 (14oz) cans of crushed tomatoes
- 1 vegetable bullion cube
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
- Mediterranean Mix:
- 1 can (13 oz or 390g) of artichokes hearts, chopped
- 1 can (5.7 oz or 163g) of green olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup of sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- Spinach:
- 2 boxes (240 grams each) of defrosted, frozen chopped spinach
- fresh grated nutmeg
- Cheese:
- 12 oz of shredded cheese (I used Monterey Jack)
- 1 pack of feta, (about 1/2 lb) crumbled
- Bechamel Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 4 cups of milk
- 2 teaspoon of salt
- fresh grated nutmeg
SPICY OVEN FRIED CHICKEN

Best to marinade overnight! This tenderizes and moistens the chicken
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 12 chicken pieces (breasts, thighs and drumsticks) with skin and bones
- 1 cup dry unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 2 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsps butter
- 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 2 tbsps chopped parsley

- 3 -3 parts Grey Goose L'Orange Flavored Vodka
- 1/2 -1/2 part triple sec liqueur
- 1/2 -1/2 part cranberry juice
- -juice of 1/2 a lime
- -orange twist for garnish
