Use 1-1/2 to 2 cups of ice for each drink
- 1/2 Oz. Cointreau
- 1 1/2 Oz. Tequila
- 1 Oz. Lemon Juice
- Or Lime Juice
- Lime Slice
- Salt
- Or Sugar/Salt Mixture
Frozen Strawberry Margarita

Pour the ingredients into a blender
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup ice
- fresh strawberry for garnish
Vegetarian Spinach and Tomato Lasagna

Method: Vegetable tomato sauce: Start sautéing the onion in the butter
- Ingredients:
- Lasagna pieces (either ready-to-cook, or pre-cooked regular)
- Vegetable tomato sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 large onion, or 2 small ones, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of dried herbs (herbs de Provence or a mix of basil, oregano and thyme)
- 2 (14oz) cans of crushed tomatoes
- 1 vegetable bullion cube
- Salt and Pepper
- Spinach:
- 2 boxes (240 grams each) of defrosted, frozen chopped spinach
- fresh grated nutmeg
- Bechamel Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- fresh grated nutmeg
- Cheese:
- 12 oz of shredded cheese (I used Monterey Jack)
Baked Pasta with Spinach, Ricotta & Bacon

This is a nice creamy dish that really brings out the unique ricotta texture
- 1 lb gemelli or other pasta
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach - thawed & sequeezed
- 1 garlic clove minced
- salt & pepper
- 1 lb bacon crumbled
- 3 cups ricotta spiced with parsley, italian seasoning & red pepper flakes
- 1 cup milk
- asiago cheese
Ultimate Fried Chicken

Put the chicken pieces into a large bowl
- 1 (3 to 4 pound) chicken, cut up into 10 pieces
- Kosher salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoons cayenne
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons hot chili sauce (recommended: Srirachi)
- Peanut oil, for frying
- 1/4 bunch fresh thyme
- 3 big sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/4 bunch fresh sage
- 1/2 head garlic, smashed, husk still attached
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Fannie Farmers Classic Baked Macaroni and Cheese

I have tried countless recipes for baked mac and cheese and finally discovered this one! At last the search is over
- 1 package (8 ounce) macaroni, 3 cups uncooked
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Fresh ground black pepper , to taste
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs , buttered
Creamy Coleslaw Dressing

Combine all ingredients and mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
World's Best Lasagna

1.In a Dutch oven, cook sausage, ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until well browned
- Ingredients
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 (6.5 ounce) cans canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Chile Con Carne

Crumble fry ground beef until done
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 3 large onions, chopped medium
- 3 sticks large celery, chopped medium
- 2 large green peppers, chopped medium
- 3 cans red kidney beans, drained
- 4 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Hot Wings

Add all ingredients to a large glass bowl, stir, and then microwave on high for 1 minute
- 1 cup Franks Red Hot
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
