Raspberry Tea

- 1 1/2 -1 1/2 parts Grey Goose L'Orange Flavored Vodka
- 1 1/2 -1 1/2 parts raspberry iced tea
- 1 1/2 -1 1/2 parts ginger ale
- 1/4 - 1/4 part lime juice

Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge

Pizza Dough

- 1 package (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 1/3 cups warm water
- 3 1/2 - 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour* (unbleached bread flour worked well for this recipe)
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs salt (Optional. I add a pinch of sea salt.)
- 1 tbs sugar (Optional. I usually make it without. Use sugar if you like a puffier crust.)
Chicken Noodle Soup

Place a soup pot over medium heat and coat with the oil
- Chicken Stock:
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 medium carrots, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 2 celery ribs, halved lengthwise, and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 4 fresh thyme sprigs
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 quarts chicken stock, recipe follows
- 8 ounces dried wide egg noodles
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 whole free-range chicken (about 3 1/2 pounds), rinsed, giblets discarded
- 2 carrots, cut in large chunks
- 3 celery stalks, cut in large chunks
- 2 large white onions, quartered
- 1 head of garlic, halved
- 1 turnip, halved
- 1/4 bunch fresh thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns

- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup dried coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- MIDDLE LAYER
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 2-3 tablespoons milk or cream
- 2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder (Bird's) or vanilla pudding powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- TOP LAYER
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
