Jimmy Dean Southwestern Sausage Tarts

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degree F
- 1 (16 ounce) package Regular Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
- 2 (15 ounce) packages refrigerated pie crusts
- 2 cups chunky-style salsa, drained
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Hash Brown Sandwich

Place potatoes in a saucepan and add enough water to cover
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Pineapple Orange Trifle Recipe

Drain pineapple, reserving 2/3 cup juice; set pineapple aside
- 1 can (14 ounces) pineapple tidbits
- 2 cups cold 2% milk
- 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 prepared angel food cake (8 to 10 ounces), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1/3 cup flaked coconut, toasted
Chicken Tortilla Soup

Heat oven to 400°F. Cut 2 tortillas into strips; toss with 1/2 tsp
- 6 corn tortillas (6 inch), divided
- 1-1/2 tsp. oil, divided
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) chicken broth
- 1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Corn on the Cob

- 10 ears corn, husked and cleaned
- Cajun seasoning to taste
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 (1 pound) package sliced bacon
- 10 12x8-inch sheets aluminum foil

Put the water, milk and egg in a large bowl
- Sauerkraut filling:
- DOUGH INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 4 cups flour
- tsp salt
- 1 - cups of water
- 1/2 cup of milk
- STANDARD FILLING:Potatoes (see below for quantity)
- Mild Cheddar Cheese (375 g - 13.2 oz package)
- Ingredients:
- 1 qt sauerkraut
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- cup oil
- tsp salt
- tsp pepper
- POPPY SEED FILLING:
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup poppy seed
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- - Scald poppy seed. Grind finely. Add egg yolk and sugar. Mix well.
- GARLIC POTATO FILLING:
- Ingredients:
- 2 lb potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 10 cloves garlic, quartered
- cup milk
- 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened

Favorfite Homemade Granola

preheat oven to 300F. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the wet ingredients
- Wet:
- Dry:2.5 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp flax seed 2 tbsp cocanut flakes
- 1 tsp c1nnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- 4 tbsp rice syurp
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp apple sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- Add-ins:
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup raisins
- pumpkin seeds

Directions CHOCOLATE COOKIE CRUMB CRUST: Combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and cinnamon
- 1 1⁄2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1 ⁄4 cup melted butter
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 lb cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 ⁄3 cup green creme de menthe
- 3 tablespoons Creme de Cacao
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, grated to garnish the top of the cake
Individual Beef Wellingtons

Heat oven to 450ºF. Use pulsing action of food processor to chop mushrooms until finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) cremini mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 6 beef tenderloin steaks (1-1/2 lb./675 g), 1 inch thick
- 2 tsp. freshly ground peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (1/2 of 450-g pkg.), thawed
- 1 egg, beaten

- 3/4 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- Dash salt
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
- TOPPING:
- 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
- Whipped topping and chocolate curls, optional
