- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 7 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder, Divided
- 1-1/4 cup Sugar, Divided
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/3 cups Melted Butter
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Light Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1-1/2 cup Hot Tap Water
Southwest Corn Dip

Drain corn, chilies and jalapenos
- 4 cans Corn (15 Oz.), Drained
- 1 can Chopped Chilies (4 Oz), Drained
- 1 can Chopped Jalapenos (4 Oz), Drained
- 1 can Black Beans (15 Oz. Can), Drained And Rinsed
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch Scallions, Chopped
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 bag Finely Grated Mexican Cheese (8 Oz)
- 1/2 bunches Fresh Cilantro, Coarsely Chopped (or To Taste)
Mexican Layer Dip

Begin by throwing the refried beans into a small pan over medium-low heat
- 1 can Refried Beans
- Tabasco Sauce, To Taste
- 1 can Diced Green Chilies
- Ground Cumin, to taste
- 3/4 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Guacamole
- 3/4 cups Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 can Black Olives
- 1 cup Pico De Gallo

- 1 loaf Crusty Sourdough Or French Bread
- 8 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 1/2 cups Whipping (heavy) Cream
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
- Topping
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 stick Cold Butter, Cut Into Pieces

Cream Cheese Brownies

1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 13 X 9 pan

- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® Chocolate Lovers’ Double Fudge Brownie Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese (softened)

- ⅓ cups Diced Tomato

- 1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
