Classic Waffles

In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups warm milk
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pumpkin Doughnut Muffing

In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, and salt; set aside
- 1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
- 1-½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ cups Sugar
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Canned Pumpkin (not Pie Filling)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ½ cups Milk
- ½ cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 stick Butter, Melted
Southwest Corn Dip

Drain corn, chilies and jalapenos
- 4 cans Corn (15 Oz.), Drained
- 1 can Chopped Chilies (4 Oz), Drained
- 1 can Chopped Jalapenos (4 Oz), Drained
- 1 can Black Beans (15 Oz. Can), Drained And Rinsed
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch Scallions, Chopped
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 bag Finely Grated Mexican Cheese (8 Oz)
- ½ bunches Fresh Cilantro, Coarsely Chopped (or To Taste)
