Romano Basil Turkey Breast

- 4 oz Romano cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cujp fresh basil leaves, torn
- 4 lemon slices
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bone-in turkey breast (4 to 5 lbs)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Cheesy Chicken Bake

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 pkg stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 lbs of boneless chicken cut into pieces
- 1 pkg (14 oz) frozen brocolli florets, thawed and drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
All Purpose Baking Mix

Use to make biscuits, pancakes, dumplings, griddle cakes, etc
- 12 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1/4 cup double action baking powder
- 1 lb. of shortening
Honey-Peanut Butter Spread

Serve with apple or pear slices
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 cup peanut butter of choice
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Classic Mayonnaise

Begin with all ingredients at room temperature, they will emulsify more readily
- 4 egg yolks*
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- Dash cayenne
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cups canola oil
Apricot-Mustard Sauce (for Pork Chops or poultry)

In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, jam, Dijion mustard and whole-grain mustard until blended
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup Dijion Mustard
- 3 T. whole-grain mustard
- 2 T. apricot jam
Marinated Chuck Steak

- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp lemon sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 2 lbs boneless chuck steak

In a shallow bowl, combine the soy sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon minced gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 12 ounces chicken livers rinsed, drained, and cut into 24 pieces
- 4 cups vegetable oil
- 1 can water chestnuts - (4 oz) drained, and cut into 24 pieces
- 12 slices bacon halved lengthwise
- Skewers or toothpicks
