Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon sauce
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 lbs boneless chuck steak

Step 1

In a large resealable bag combine the first seven ingredients. Add the beef; seal the bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steak, covered, over medium heat for 8-10 mintues each side or under meat reaches desired doneness. 160 medium. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
