Put all ingredients in blender and process until smooth
- 1 14 oz can fat free sweetened condensed milk.
- 3/4 c. egg substitute
- 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. grated lime rind, 2 limes

Great way to use summer squash
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 4 medium squash sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 2 medium zucchini, 1/4 inch
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 tblsp chicken base
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tblsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 c panko or seasoned bread crumbs
