boil pasta, al dente mix warm pasta with all other ingredients dress with white wine vinegar dressing

- garbanzo beans
- black beans
- pesto
- diced sun dried tomatoes

Turkey meatballs 17 DD

Heat oven to 200 degrees
- 1 lb. ground lean turkey
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp splenda
- 1-2 cups chicken/beef broth
- 1/2 c. plain ff yogurt
- 2 onions sliced
Shrimp scampi

- 1 lb pasta
- 1 c. pasta water
- 4 tblsp butter and 2 tblsp evoo
- 1 large shallot
- 5 cloves garlic
- pinch red pepper flakes

- 3 C. frozen, pitted cherries, thawed
- 1 C. white sugar
- 1/2 C dried cherries or cranberries
- 1 tblsp. flour
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 C. regular oats
- 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg and cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 2 tblsp cold butter, cut into small pieces
