Asian Glazed chicken breasts-17 DD

Spray pan Brown chicken 3-4 min both sides
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- olive oil spray
- 1 c. water
- 1 tblsp. sriracha sauce
- 1/2 C. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c. light soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey (4 tsp. agave nectar)
- 1 pack splenda
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. ginger
- toasted sesame seeds
17D Chicken "Wings"

Marinate chicken in bag for 2 hours
- Chicken breast tenders
- 2 tblsp butter substitute
- 1/4 C. buffalo sauce.
17D Sundried tomato dip

Food process all together
- 32 oz. plain greek yogurt
- 1 C. oil packed sundried tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup basil paste
Spinach Dip 17D

Put all in food processor and refrigerate
- 1 pkg. Knorr veg. soup mix
- 1 or 2 blocks frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 C. Greek plain yogurt
Spicy shrimp lettuce wraps 17 DD

- Sauce:
- 5 tbsp light mayo
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 lb large peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp evoo
- 3 C. shredded cabbage
- 4 tbsp scalliions
- Coat shrimp with cornstarch.
- Cook in pan and oil.
- Combine sauce.
- Serve in lettuce wrap with sauce.
Turkey Meatloaf 17DD

Beat eggs and add all ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground turkey
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 2 tblsp parsley
- 2 tblsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
Tilapia and tomatoes

Saute veg in Pam Add tomatoes, fish and cook
- 4 tilapia filets
- 14 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- Fresh tomatoes
- 4 mushrooms
- 1/2 onion
- garlic
- spinach
- wine
Shrimp and Grits

Bring chicken stock and whipping cream to a simmer
- Grits:
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup quick cooking grits
- salt and pepper
- 1 tblsp butter
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- Shrimp:
- 2 tblsp butter
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Celery, chopped
- 1/2 lb smoked kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 2 lbs. uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
Creamy Lemon Pie

- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- zst and juice of 2 large lemons
- 2 C Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker crust pie crust
Cauliflower "bread" 17 Day diet

Rice cauliflower. Add egg and cheese
- 1 c. cooked and riced cauliflower
- 1/4 c. egg beaters
- 1 c. low fat parm
