Low fat key lime pie
Rate this recipe
- 1 14 oz can fat free sweetened condensed milk.
- 3/4 c. egg substitute
- 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. grated lime rind, 2 limes
Put all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
Pour into low fat graham cracker crust.
350' for 10-15 minutes. Cool completely. Top with low fat or no fat Cool Whip.
