CLAM DIP

Put cream cheese in bowl, mash, add clams and garlic, mix well
- 2-8 oz cream cheese
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 can minced clams
- 1 t garlic salt
- 1/4 c clam juice
ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD

Crush noodles, place in colander, pour boiling water over noodles to soften
- 1 3 oz chicken top ramen
- 4 c shredded cabbage
- 4 green onions
- 2 T sesame seeds
- 3 T vinegar
- 2 T salad oil
- 1/2 t white pepper
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 c slivered toasted almonds
- 2 T sugar
HOT BEAN DISH DIP

- Brown- 1 lb hamburger
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- add- 1/2 lb cooked bacon well drained, chopped fine
- sauce- 1 c ketchup
- 2 T mustard
- 2 t salt
- 4 T red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar
- Add- 1 lg can pork and beans
- 1 sm can kidney beans, drained
- 1 sm can lima beans drained
- 1 sm can navy beans, drained
SPINACH DIP

CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD

- 16 oz (4 c) shell pasta
- 6 c cubed cooked chicken
- 3 c celery
- 3 c seedless red grapes halved
- 2 (15 oz) cans mand orange segments drained
- 2/3 c cashews
- 1 1/2 c mayo
- 1.2 c onion chopped
- 1 t salt
- 1 1/2 c whip cream

- salso
- green chiles
- roast beef cans
- canned chicken
PRONTO PUPS

- 2 C pancake mix
- 1/4 C corn meal
- 1/2 T onion salt
- 1/2 T dry mustard
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1 1/2 c water
- divide in half for home use
SAUERKRAUT SOUP papas

Brown ribs and onion. Add 1-3 qts water and bring to a boil
- 1 pkg of farmer john style boneless ribs or pork loins
- 4-6 peeled and cut up potatoes
- salt and pepper
- 2-3 stalks of celery
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 t brown sugar
- 1 can sauerkraut.
- may need bouillon
COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD

- 1 lb cottage cheese
- 1/2 pkg marshmallows
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 8 oz cool whip
- 1 3 oz pkg jello
SPAGHETTI SALAD

Mix all together night before except tomato and avacado
- 12 oz thin spaghetti-cook 8-10 min with a little oil & salt
- Cool with water and refrigerate
