Mix all ing (drain can of artichoke hearts but add marinade from jar)

- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 small can chopped gr chiles
- 1/2 T garlic powder
- 1/2 c mozzerella cheese grated
CHICKEN BRUSCHETTA

- 1 c tomatoes
- 3 T chopped basil
- 1 T oil
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- Mix and refrigerate
- 4 boneless skinless breasts

- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 T milk
- 1/4 flour
- 3/4 c italian crumbs
- 2 T olive oil

CHICKEN CASSEROLE

- 1/2 c onion
- 1 1/2 c ground carrot
- 1 1/2 c diced celery
- Saute til color changes
- Add
- 3 c cooked cut up chicken
- 1 3/4 c min rice
- 3/4 c shicken broth
- 1 can each
- cream of mushroom soup
- cream of chicken soup
- cream of celery soup
HAWAIIAN HAYSTACKS

- 2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c chicken broth
- 2 c chicken cut up
- Mix together and simmer 8-10 min
- 4 c rice
- 1 can show main noodles
- tomatoes
- celery gr peppers
- gr onion 1 can pineapple
- 1 c cheese
- almonds
- coconut
CHEESY ITALIAN CHICKEN BAKE

Oven goes on 350 8" sq greased glass bake dish
- 2 c tomato pasta sauce
- chicken breast tenders
- 1 1/2 c shredded italian cheese blend
- 8 oz spaghetti
SLUSH PUNCH

Freeze til firm. Pour 1 gt of 7-up over mix 1 hr before serving
- Boil: 4 c wter
- Add: 1 c sugar
- 1 6 oz jello
- 1 12 oz can ginger ale
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1 48 oz can pineapple juice

Cream butter and shortening with mixer
- 1/2 c shortening
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 4 c powdered sugar
- 2-4 T milk
BROCCOLI SHEESE SOUP

Steam potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion in salted 2 1/2 c water
- 4-5 cubed potatoes
- 1-2 c chopped celery
- 2 t salt
- 1 10 oz pkg broccoli
- 6 chicken flavor bouillon cubes
- 1 lb velveeta cheese in chunks
- 2 c milk thickened with 1/4 c flour
- 2 c carrots cut
- 1 c onion chopped
- 2 1/2 c water
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 T dry mustard
- 1/2 t pepper
GRANDMABALLARDS BREAD

Mix first 6 ing together. Add 9 c flour, mix then gradually add rest
- 5 c hot water
- 1 1/2 c powdered milk
- 3/4 c shortening (melt in water)
- 2 yeast
- 4 t salt
- 3/4 c sugar
- 12 3/4 c flour
