BREAD AND BUTTER PICKLES

- 1 T tumeric
- 3/4 c water
- 1 sm red sweet pepper cut in small pieces

CREAM SAUCE

1-Saute garlic in 1/2 c butter on low 2-Add 1 c chick broth and reduce 5 min 3-Add 1 c heavy cream and thicken 4
- 1/2 c butter
- 5 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 t crushed red chili
- 8 fl oz canned chick broth or wine or vodka
- 8 fl oz heavy whip cream
- 1-2 peeled tomatoes (if desired)
- salt to taste

MAPLE BAKED BEANS
