CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

Mix gr chili salsa, soups, chili, broth, and onions into med saucepan
- 4 C cooked, shredded or cubed chicken
- 12 corn tortillas cut in pieces
- 1 can gr chilis chopped
- 1/2 c gr chili salsa
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can no bean chili
- 1 lb shredded cheese

Layer with grated cheese on top
- 2 lb hamburger, brown with onion
- 1 can camp bells chile beef soup
- 1 lg can refried beans
- ortega chile salsa
- garlic salt
- pepper
- cumin
GUACAMOLE

mix all together
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 1 med onion chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 2 serrano peppers chopped
- 2 ripe avocados
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 t cumin
- 1/4 t garlic
JELLO SALAD

Make jello. Let jello chill and start to set
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1 c hot water
- 1 #2 can crushed pineapple
- 1 c mayo
- 1 pkg lime jello
- 1 pt cottage cheese
- 1 can cond milk
SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE

Cream shortening, sugar and vanilla
- 2/3 C shortening
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 egg
- 4 t milk
- 2 c flour
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- dash of salt
- 1/2 t orange peel (optional)
BEAN DIP

Mix all together add tobasco to taste, some chile powder, and grated cheese
- 1 can spicy refried beans
- 1 can reg refried beans
- 1 sm can diced gr chiles
- 2 T med hot salso
- tobasco
- chile powder
- grated cheese
FOUR LAYER DESSERT

LAYER 1 Mix together and press into long glass dish
- layer 1
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 lb butter (melted)
- 1/2 c nuts
- LAYER 2
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 2 c whipped topping
- 2 T milk
- (this is better doubled)
- LAYER 3
- 1 6 oz chocolate pudding
- 1 6 oz vanilla pudding both with 5 c of cold milk
- LAYER 4
- top with whipped topping
OLIVE GARDEN SALAD DRESSING

Mix all ing in blender til mixed and add a little sugar if needed
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1/3 c white vinegar
- 1 t veg oil
- 2 T corn syrup
- 2 T parmesan cheese
- 2 T romano cheese
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 1/2 t italian seasoning
- 1/2 t parsley flakes
- 1 T lemon juice
MELON BREEZE

In blender mix cantaloupe, pineapple, orange juice and ice
- 2 cups cantaloupe
- 1/2 c pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 3 c ice
FROSTED SALAD

Dissove jello in hot water and cool
- 2 pkg lemon jello
- 2 c boiling water
- 2 c 7-up
- 2 lg bananas
- 20 oz crushed pineapple
- 1 c mini marshmallows
- Topping
- 1/2 c sugar, shake 2 T flour and 1 c pineapple juice and add to sugar. 1 egg slightly beaten, 2 T butter. Foldin 1 c whipped cream and top with shredded cheese.
