PRETZEL SALAD

Combine first three ing and press in 13 x 9 pan
- 2 c crushed pretzels
- 3/4 c melted margerine
- 3 t sugar
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 1 sm tub cool whip
- 1 6 oz pkg strawberry jello
- 2 c boiling water
- 2 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries and juice
BLUEBERRY GRAPE SALAD

mix
- 2 sm pkg grape jello
- 2 c boiling water
- add 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 med can crushed pineapple
- set in 9 x 13 pan
- Topping 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 c powdered sugar
OVERNIGHT LAYERED SALAD

Shred lettuce and put in bowl
- 1 med lettuce
- 1 can drained water chestnut
- 2 t sugar
- 1 t season salt
- 3 eggs hard boiled
- 2 med tomatoes
- 1/2 c celery diced
- 1 pkg frozen peas
- 2 c mayo
- 1/2 c parmesan
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 3 pieces bacon
AMBROSIA SALAD

Mix together and serve
- 1 c pineapple tidbits
- 1 c mandarin oranges
- 1 c coconut
- 1 c little marshmallows
- 1 c sour cream
EASY BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

Mix all ing til smooth, spread on cookie
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c milk
- 3 3/4 c powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- speck of salt
MACARONI AND CHEESE

1- Cook macaroni in unsalted water 10 min
- 1 c elbow macaroni
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1 T butter
- 1 T flour
- dash pepper
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 1 1/2 c shredded cheese
- 1 med tomato slices
TUSCAN WHITE BEAN SPREAD

Drain and rinse beans and place in food processor bowl
- 2 (15 oz) can small white beans
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 T minced garlic
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T fresh basil
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- basil leaves
- crackers
- tomato wedges
COOKIE SHEET CAKE

Bake cake mix in cookie sheet so it will be 1 1/2-2" high
- 1 yellow cake
- 1 lg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c pineapple juice
- 1 lg cream cheese
- 1 303 can crushed pineapple drained
- cool whip
SLUSH

Mix freeze, spoon into glasses and add 7-up
- 3 c sugar
- 3 c water
- heat and dissolve, let cool
- Juice 3 oranges
- 3 lemons
- 3 bananas
CHOCOLATE DESSERT

Mix together flour, butter, nuts and press into long glass dish
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 lb butter, melted
- 1/2 c chopped nuts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 c whipped topping
- 2 T milk
- Double this
- 1 6 oz pkg instant chocolate pudding
- 1 6 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 5 c milk
