Tilapia with Creamy Dill Sauce

1. Grate 1/2 of lemon for zest (1 tsp) and juice (1 tsp)
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp fresh chives
- 1 tsp finely chopped capers
- 4 portions tilapia filets
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp arrowroot starch
- 2 tsp unsalted butter
Lasagna - Vegetarian, Gluten Free

1. Veggie filling: heat olive oil over medium heat
- Veggie Filling:
- 1 box GF lasagna noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 5 portabello mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 lb chopped spinach, frozen, thawed
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp golden raisins
- 1/2 cup oil-packed sundried tomatoes
- 1 cup jarred roasted peppers, drained, choppped
- Cheese Filling:
- 1 lb container ricotta
- 1 cup parmesan/dash of nutmeg
- Sauce:
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes
- 1 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup oil packed sundried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- Salt & Pepper
- Topping:
- Mozzarella cheese
- Chopped Italian parsley

- 1/4 cup diced onion
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Pork Chops:
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 boneless pork chops

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs*
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 jar of pasta sauce
- Monterey jack cheese
- Bowl of arrowroot starch
- *Mix in a blender 1 cup rice bread, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and olive oil

1. In a skillet, heat the oil, saute shallots and garlic until softened
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 4 beef tenderloins
- 3/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tbsp amaranth flour
