Mix all the ingredients together & enjoy! If you don't like a lot of heat - take the seeds out of the jalapenos
- 3 avocados, peeled & mashed
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2-3 tomatoes, chopped
- 4-5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- salt, to taste
Taco Salad - Low-fat Ranch

Cut up raw chicken into small bite size pieces
- 1 lb chicken; cooked
- 1 head lettuce; torn
- 2 tomatoes; chopped
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, reduced fat; shredded
- 8 oz picante sauce
- 8 oz fat free ranch dressing
- 1 bag tortilla chips, baked; crushed
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
Tuna Balls in Wine Sauce

In a bowl, moisten the bread crumbs with tbsp of the chicken broth and 1 tbsp of the wine
- 5 tbsp bread crumbs
- 10 tbsp chicken broth
- 6 tbsp dry white wine
- 6 1/2 oz can white meat tuna packed in water; drained and flaked
- 1 egg; hard boiled, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp minced parsley
- 2 lg cloves garlic; minced
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- flour for dusting
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Mixed-Fruit Tart

Cookie Crust: Heat oven to 350°F
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoon Butter; softened
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg yolks
- 8 oz cream cheese; softened
- 3 cups assorted fresh fruit
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 3/4 cup marshmallow creme

Just partially drain the juice out of the beans, then mix everything together
- 2 tomatoes; chopped
- 1 head lettuce; torn
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 8 oz cheddar cheese; shredded
- 1 bag nacho flavored tortilla chips; crushed
- 2 avocados; sliced
- seven seas creamy Italian dressing
Cherry Breakfast Cake

- Ingredients:
- 4-1/2 * 4-1/2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 * 1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 * 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 * 3 sticks (12 ounces) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 * 1 large egg
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 * 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Two * Two 10-ounce bags frozen cherries, thawed and drained
- Make it your own
- Replace the cherries with your favorite fruit.

- 1 pkg Oreo's; crushed
- 1 pkg cream cheese; softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkg white almond bark

Measure oatmeal, and blend in a blender to a fine powder
- 2cups2 cups Butter
- 24oz24 oz chocolate chip
- 4cups4 cups flour
- 2cups2 cups brown sugar
- 2tsp2 tsp baking soda
- 1tsp1 tsp Salt
- 2cups2 cups Sugar
- 8oz8 oz hershey bar; grated
- 5cups5 cups oatmeal; blended
- 44 eggs
- 2tsp2 tsp baking powder
- 2tsp2 tsp Vanilla
- 3cups3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)
Hummas-Bi-Tihini

Put all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth
- 1 can garbanzos or hummus
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp sesame sauce (tihini)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice; more if desired
5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
