Beef and Spinach Quiche

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prick pie shell all over with a fork and bake 15 minutes, until lightly browned
- 1 unbaked 10" pie shell
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach,
- thawed
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream ( 1/2 Pint )
- 1/2 cup coarsely grated cheddar
