ORIENTAL POPCORN CHICKEN SALAD

Combine mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, dijon mustard and sesame oil in a food processor to blend
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 12 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) lettuce mix
- 1 cup chow mein nooodles
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- popcorn chicken
Apple Crisp

Line greased pie pan with sliced apples
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 apples, sliced
- cinnamon
Pineapple Layer Cake

Prepare cake batter according to directions
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges
- 1 can (20 oz.) unsweteened
- crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla
- pudding
- 12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Sangria

Pour wine in the pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon, orange and lime into the wine
- 1 bottle of red wine ( cabernet sauvignon, merlot, zinfandel, or shiraz)
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 orange, cut into wedges
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- splash of orange juice or lemonade
- 2 shots of gin or triple sec (optional)
- 1 cup of raspberries or strawberries (may use thawed or frozen)
- 1 small can of diced pineapples with juice
- 4 cups ginger ale
Cornbread Salas

Bake the cornbread according to package directions
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can pinto beans, rinsed and
- drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 green, yellow or orange pepper
- 1 small onion, diced
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pkg. Hidden valley ranch dressing (dry mix)
Pickled Eggs

Remove shells from eggs. Boil vinegar and add seasonings
- 12 hard boiled eggs
- 1 quart white vinegar ( 4 cups)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Farmer's Breakfast Casserole

Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish
- 6 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers or shredded cheddar
- cheese (6oz.)
- 2 cups diced cooked ham or canadian-style bacon
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper ( or green onions)
- 8 beaten eggs
- 2 cans (12oz.) cans evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Sweet Potato Casserole

Stir the first group of ingredients together and pour into a 2 quart casserole
- 3 sweet potatoes, cooked and
- mashed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/6 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Sweet and Sour Sauce

Combine ingredients in wok or saucepan
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
Harvest Turkey Salad

In large bowl, blend mayonnaise with honey
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 4 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, optional
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 medium apple, chopped
