Combine pineapple, milk and bread and let sit 10 minutes
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup milk
- 1 loaf raisin bread
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2-3 Tbsp rum
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2-3 Tbsp rum
- 2-3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Pistachio Squares

Mix and spread in a 9" x 13" pan
- Base:
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts
- nd layer:
- 1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large or 2 small Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
- 2 cups milk

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp margarine or butter

- 1 cup water

- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 lb ground beef
- 28 oz tomatoes
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil, marjoram, pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 lb lasagna noodles
- 2 cups creamed cottage cheese
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 cup barley
- 1 can condensed beef broth
- 1 can water
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup

Speedy Chicken Cacciatore

Heat oil in frying pan over med-high heat
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 chicken drumsticks and thighs
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 250 grams spaghetti, broken in half or thirds
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Brown hamburg, add onion, celery and green pepper and cook 5-10 minutes
- 1 lb hamburg
- 1 large onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 green pepper
- 28 oz can tomatoes
- 10 oz can mushrooms
- 5 oz can tomato paste
- 7 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp steak spice
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 cup red wine, optional
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, optional
