Place bread in slow cooker
- 1 loaf raisin bread, cubed
- 2 cans (385 ml) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups brown sugar
- raisins
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 - 1/4 cup whiskey or rum flavouring
- Sauce
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp flour
- pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp rum flavouring or 1/4 cup whiskey or rum
5 Minute Mug Cake

Mix dry ingredients. Add wet and mix
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 4 Tbsb sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 3 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
- Splash of vanilla
- 1 large coffee mug
Lemon Sponge Pie

Cream sugar and butter. Add flour, salt, lemon juice and rind, egg yolks and milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp flour
- pinch of salt
- juice and rind of 1 lemon
- 2 well beaten egg yolks
- 1 cup milk
- well beaten whites of 2 eggs
- unbaked pie shell
Hundred Cookies

Cream together first 4 ingredients; add egg and vanilla
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup rolled oats
Banana Bread

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in a bowl
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 eggs, unbeaten
- 1 cup mashed banana
Cranberry Streusel Coffee Cake

For the streusel, mix the sugar, flour and cinnamon together
- Streusel:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen

To make filling, in saucepan, combine dates, sugar, water and lemon juice
- Filling:
- 1 lb dates, chopped (about 3 cups)
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Base and topping:
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda

In large ovenproof dish mix all ingredients except Oxo cube
- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 1 small can peas with liquid
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced 1/4" thick
- 2 medium onions, sliced 1/4" thick
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 can tomato soup with 1/2 cup water or wine
- 3 large potatoes, sliced 1/2" thick
- 1 Oxo cube

Melt butter, add flour and stir until smooth
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 tsp vanilla

Base: Mix these ingredients together and press into a 9 inch pan, bake 350 for 20 minutes
- Base:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1 cup margarine melted
- Topping:
- 1 bag of toffee bits
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
