  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1/4 t. ginger
  • 1/4 t. nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 cup canned sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 2 T. canola oil
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1 T. water
  • 1/8 t. cinnamon
  • dash salt
  • dash nutmeg
