Italian Veggie Pasta Supreme

In large saucepot of boiling water, cook spaghetti and carrots according to pasta package directions
- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and sliced
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1 small onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 8 oz. ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 t. chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 t. Italian seasoning
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 T. fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 175 C. Prepare a bundt pan by brushing with butter and sprinkling with flour
- 1 can condensed, sweetened milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 t baking powder

1. In the microwave heat the butter and the milk together until the butter melts

- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese, plus 1 cup
- 1/2 cup American cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. macaroni or rigatoni pasta, cooked according to package directions and drained

- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 3 T. ketchup
- 2 T. minced onion
- 1 T. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 strips bacon
- Tomato Gravy:
- 2 T. shortening
- 2 T. AP flour
- 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper

- 5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 pkgs. (3 oz. ea.) cream cheese
- 3 T. butter or margarine, divided
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. onion salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
