Black Forest Cake

Drain cherries, reserving 1/2 cup juice
- 2 (20 oz.) cans tart pitted cherries, undrained
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 2 (9-inch) chocolate cake layers, baked and cooled
- 3 cups cold whipping cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- (use canned cherry pie filling instead of making your own if you're short on time.)
Strawberry Yogurt Cake

1.Preheat oven to 325*. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tb. lemon juice, divided
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. plain or vanilla, Greek yogurt
- 12 oz. fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds
- Drizzle:
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. (sm.) instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 T. water
- 2 T. lemon juice
Bean Ranch Dip

In a small saucepan, combine beans, cheese, ranch dressing mix, and sour cream
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
Overnight Chicken Casserole

Combine all ingredients, except chips
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 cups raw macaroni
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 1/2 t. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 T. butter
- 1 cup grated cheese
- potato chips, optional
Raspberry & Wine Lemonade Drink

I emptied all of the liquid ingredients into a pitcher and stirred
- 2 bottles Moscato
- 1 pink lemonade concentrate
- 3 C of Sprite (more or less, depending on your taste)
- Fresh raspberries
Crock Pot Cheesecake

1.Allow Cream Cheese to get to room temperature
- 3 8oz Packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 6 Graham Crackers (full pieces), pulverized into crumbs
- 3 Tablespoons of Stick Butter, melted
Breaded Ranch Chicken

- 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg ranch salad dressing mix
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Pizza Bites

- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
