Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Caramel Sauce:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened

Let frozen fruit thaw in a two quart baking dish (do not drain)
- 5 cups sliced frozen peaches, apples or berries
- 2 to 4 T. granulated sugar
- ½ cup regular rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ t. ground nutmeg
- ¼ t. ground cinnamon
- ¼ t. vanilla
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)

- 3 lbs. fresh peaches or 4 cups frozen sliced peaches
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 cup plus 1 T. sugar, divided
- 2 T. instant tapioca
- 2 unbaked refrigerated or frozen pie pastries
- 1 T. butter
- 1 T. milk

- 1 lb. ground turkey or lean beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can chili beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (8 oz.) can diced Mexican-style tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can diced tomatoes (any flavor)

- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1/2 t. grated orange peel
