- 6 cups apples (peeled and sliced)

Grilled Shrimp in Peanut Sauce

Mix peanut butter and 5 tablespoons soy sauce in saucepan
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1-1/2 pounds medium shrimp shelled and deveined
Beef Stew

- 2 lbs. beef cubes
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 2 cups water
- 1 medium onion cut in fourths

Tuna Noodle Casserole

1. Stir the soup, milk, peas, tuna and noodles in a 1-1/2 quart casserole 2
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of Mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cans (6 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Pork Chops and Vegetable Soup Casserole

- Campbells vegetarian alphabet soup

Strawberry and Spinach Salad

- Fresh clean spinach - 2 to 3 bunches
- 1 pint strawberries - cut in half
- 1/2 cup Oil (NOT olive oil)
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 c. Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp. Dill
